Ascension Academy is a spiritual formation house for people who are serious about growing up in God.
We help you deal with your heart, your habits, and your calling so you can actually walk out what God is saying, consistently, not just when you feel inspired.
Inside, you’ll find live teaching, coaching, and a clear path… all wrapped in real accountability and a healthy Christian community.
Why Ascension Academy Exists
Most believers are not lazy. They’re overloaded.
They love God, have notebooks full of words, but still feel stuck in cycles:
- Always “getting ready” but never moving.
- Hearing God, but not sure how to weigh or walk what they’re hearing.
- Spiritually gifted, but emotionally tired, relationally strained, or out of rhythm.
We built Ascension Academy to change that.
This is our assignment: to help you grow into a stable, whole, fruitful believer who can hear God clearly, obey Him steadily, and carry His heart well, in real life, not just in church spaces.
What Happens Inside the Academy
Ascension Academy is not a random pile of classes. It’s a guided environment.
You’ll experience:
- Live formation courses: Monthly courses that build on each other so you’re not chasing ten different directions at once.
- Coaching and Q&A rooms: Real-time support so you can get clarity, apply what you’re learning, and not feel alone in the process.
- Focused intensives and workshops: Short, strong teaching series to help you reset, re-align, and respond to what God is saying right now.
- Community and accountability: A safe, Christ-centered community where you can process, practice, and grow without pressure or performance.
Everything is designed to help you move from just “collecting” content to actually being formed.

- Whole-life formation: We care about your heart, your thoughts, your relationships, your work, and your ministry call. All of it matters to God.
- Clarity over confusion: We slow things down so you can actually understand, weigh, and apply, not chase the next emotional high.
- Process over performance: We expect progress, not perfection. We make room for questions, learning curves, and honest conversations.
- Accountability with honor: We challenge you, but we don’t shame you. Correction is given with care, truth, and respect.
Who Ascension Academy Is For
Ascension Academy is for believers who know they can’t stay where they are.

You don’t have to be a “prophet”, have a title or be in full-time ministry to belong here.

Meet Your Ascension Coaches
Jerry & Nicola Maclin
Founders of Ascension Academy
We are a husband-and-wife team called to train believers for stable, mature, Holy Spirit-led lives.
Nicola, known as The Prophet's Coach, is a Christian minister, affirmed Prophet, mentor, author, and strategist. She has spent years coaching prophets and prophetic believers in identity, discernment, and practical formation, helping them move from confusion and fear into clarity and confidence. She’s also a retired US Army Chief Warrant Officer, so structure and discipline show up in how she builds and teaches.
Jerry is a retired U.S. Army Warrant Officer and an affirmed Apostle. He is an author, teacher, mindset coach, and wise builder at heart. He carries a strong grace for leadership, clarity, doctrine, and healthy foundations. Jerry helps believers understand what they believe, why they believe it, and how to walk it out with maturity, order, and integrity.
Together, we created Ascension Academy as a place where teaching, coaching, and community meet. Our commitment is simple:
